| Four distinctively beautiful seasons... Colorful Springs, Warm Summers, Beautiful Autumns, Mildly Cool Winters Our location is on the south western side of the Appalachian Mountain Range, with Southwest prevailing winds,on the Cumberland Plateau. Our mild summer days and cool summer nights can be attributed to our 2000 foot elevation allowing for comfortable temperatures and lower humidity than most areas of the south. We do get an occasional snowfall. However, with our generally mild daytime temperatures, it's usually gone within a couple of hours, or at most, a couple of days. |
